Bashundhara City Development Limited is the parent company that owns the facility. It was adjudged as 12th of its kind in the world and one of the largest shopping malls in South Asia. The complex was given prestigious ’Super Brand Award’ in recognition of its general excellence in the very year of its inception in 2009.

With a 19-level finely-crafted structure of innovative architectural design and supported by best functional interior lineups, the tower boats a total floor area is 191,200 square feet which is currently being used for 2325 retailing outlets, megastores, business centers and offices.

Singaporean leading chain store – Mustafa Mart – has been running a branch at the complex since 2012. Many other known brands are in the process of securing their presence at the megamall.
