The 10 app is better than the other free to air channel apps. The ads aren’t as repetitive and are a bit more relevant. Things are quick and easy to find and there seems to be no issues trying to load a show you’ve already watched and called asleep to, whereas the other apps make this difficult. It also picks up where you left off switching between devices most of the time. Loving all the shows including bringing back Melrose Place!Only minor negative would be it’s hard to fast forward when using a TV as it doesn’t allow you to do this slowly or by seeing where you’re up to in a box above the timeline.

There is no 10play app for my smart tv (only major network that doesn’t). Ok fine, I’ll cast it from my phone or iPad… nope. I can’t use apple airplay to cast to my tv because it says I need to Download the 10play app directly (which I can’t - as above, it’s not available). In addition, we are trying to go back to live tv or free to air tv for our kids BUT most of the shows they want to watch are only on 10 shake which seems to be the only 10 channel that doesn’t seem to be broadcast to our area 🤦‍♀️ I can get 10 shake through the app but then… I hit all of the above. And it completely undermines the whole going back to free to air tv too. I really am just frustrated. Thank you for having shows my kids want to watch but then basically making it impossible to actually watch them. Yes, I know they can watch it on the iPad. But that’s what I’m trying to get them OFF. So yeh. Frustrated. I do get this is entirely first world problems. But please. Broadcast 10 shake more widely? Or make your 10play app available on more smart tvs? We’ve got a Roku if you can bump that up your list that be great 😂 but really!!

Whilst I like the app generally there are so many features that all other Australian ‘free to air’ tv apps have now that this one just doesn’t have. ‘Continue watching’ works but there should be a menu item for this as well as the section (right down the page) on the home page. This section along with my favourites are right down the page. They are underneath;Live tv/10 biggest shows/Daytime favourites/Complete seasons/New episodes every week/Feature section Only then, and finally, can I find what I have made a favourite or was just watching. So 6 sections down, this really could be improved.I don’t mind seeing the live tv and biggest shows list but I feel like that your trying too hard to meet everyone’s needs which is not possible.Where is the science fiction category menu item for example?Currently the hamburger menu is just a repeat of the top menu on the home page above images of live tv list.Please add favourites and continue watching to the hamburger menu.My ‘must have’ development for this app is to have ‘picture in picture’ function so that I can watch the app on my phone but also do other things. All the other apps have this. So if I go to another window the app just closes. What it should do is allow me to check my email while I have the Ch10 app still open so the Ch10 app shows just the video window that plays. I should be able to minimise this window, push it to the side whilst being able to multitask. Your the only free to air app that doesn’t have this great feature now. Thanks and happy with your show list generally. Oh except for ‘bold and the beautiful’ being the current feature, really?!

I enjoyed it somewhat but the show is becoming too soft and too much about the “drama” . I recently went back and watched an early series of survivor US where they were shipwrecked with only what they had on them, what they were wearing at the time and had to make do. A lot more realistic and much tougher than present season. No water bottles they had to make themselves coconut cups. They had to win challenges to get necessary items to help make life easier. Like a pot to cook in. Rice & beans to eat, a fishing spear so they could dive for fish and goggles. A tarp for their shelter was gold! Many didn’t even have jumpers on or with them so had to try and negotiate with others to leave theirs behind if they were voted off.It’s survivor but I think channel 10 are getting a little soft on the conditions they are putting them in. It should be really tough. Just my opinion.
