Before any criticism, I’d like to say, it’s a great game. I’ve been hooked onto it for a while. The whole idea of the game that you aren’t connecting buildings in a planned and structured city, but rather connect buildings that pop up at random locations, is what makes the game really interesting. Also, I love the fact that there are no 2nd chances, you mess up once, the game is over. Now, coming to the part where this game needs some improvement. It seems like even if you make multiple routes between a source and the destination, most of the times the cars choose the shortest path, rather than the fastest path, like a motorway. Also, traffic just gets blocked at junctions, even if the situation wouldn’t really cause any problem on the roads, in real life. For example, even if you build multiple streets parallel to each other, majority of the traffic will take the same street and get blocked at points where there is an intersection between the parallel streets. And, a circle at junctions doesn’t really make any difference. The traffic signals don’t have an significance in the game, I feel like the signals actually disrupts the flow of traffic, so I don’t really end up using them. The game definitely needs a new set of cities/maps.If these things are addressed, the game could be much better. To make it more interesting, the colours of the buildings and houses could just change to something else, at some point in the game. This game has the potential to reach a multiplayer stage where you can strategise together to connect your cities, via highways or so.That’s all I have to say, for now.Thank you for developing this game :)
