Misleading

I was not informed that the paid period had expired, and they continued to withdraw payments from my account for the following months without my consent. The subscription appears inside the app, but not in the phone’s system settings, which I find very misleading. I contacted them, but they did not respond. I am very dissatisfied with such treatment and I am leaving a negative review.
