Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden has introduced a seasonal buffet menu titled “Sea Breeze and Steak Nights”, featuring a mix of seafood and grilled meat dishes.
The dinner buffet will run from May 1 to Jun 15, priced at Tk 8,950 net per person, with an “Eat 4 Pay 1” offer available for guests.
The spread includes a range of seafood items such as gravlax salmon, poached crab, calamari and octopus, alongside grilled options like prawns, pomfret, king fish and chili crab.
A live seafood station will offer dishes prepared on request, including lobster thermidor.
The buffet also features a selection of premium grilled meats, including beef prime rib, rib eye, sirloin, lamb steak and chicken skewers.
Desserts include items such as chocolate opera cake, tiramisu, crème caramel, gur er payesh and rosh malai, along with a live dessert station serving freshly prepared apple fritters coated in cinnamon sugar and deep-fried ice cream.
The hotel said the buffet is designed to offer a mix of local and international flavours for diners.
