Subscription: The paid plan granting access to Bonik Barta’s premium digital content.
User: The individual or entity purchasing the subscription.
Bonik Barta: The provider of the online/e-paper subscription service.
Content: All text, graphics, audio, video, and other materials available on Bonik Barta’s
platform, including articles and other media.
Force Majeure: Events beyond the reasonable control of Bonik Barta, including but not
limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, and government actions, which may affect
the availability of the subscription services.

any ambiguity.

To access content and services on epaper.bonikbarta.com, you must purchase a
subscription or product. Bonik Barta reserves the right to change the content, type, or
availability of its digital products. Each account is for individual use only and cannot be
shared.

4.1 Types of Subscriptions

stated otherwise in these Terms.
4.3 Payment Terms and Billing
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile banking
options. Subscriptions are billed upfront. Failed payments may result in immediate
suspension of access until all outstanding amounts are settled. Bonik Barta retains the
right to modify subscription fees, providing Users with prior notice of any such
changes.

5.1 Authorized Use Only
Users agree to use the subscription solely for personal access and are prohibited from:
Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access.

Users must comply with Bangladesh’s Consumers Rights Protection Act, Cyber Laws,

automatically unless canceled by the User prior to the renewal date. Bonik Barta will
notify Users of upcoming renewals in advance.
8.2 Termination Rights
Bonik Barta reserves the right to terminate or suspend any User’s subscription for
violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice, to protect the interests of Bonik
Barta and its users.
8.3 Cancellation of Subscription
Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings. The
cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, allowing continued
access to subscription content until that time.
8.4 Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not available for subscriptions. However, any exceptions to this
policy will be determined at the discretion of Bonik Barta, and users will be informed of
any applicable conditions.
8.1 Limitations on Service Interruption
Bonik Barta is not liable for interruptions in service or any inaccuracies in the content
provided on its platform.
8.2 Exclusion of Certain Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonik Barta shall not be liable for incidental,
special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use subscription
services.
9.1 Amicable Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, Users and Bonik Barta agree to attempt a resolution amicably.
If no solution is reached, disputes will be resolved according to the legal framework in
Bangladesh.
By agreeing these terms users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
in Bangladesh.
10.1 Right to Modify
Bonik Barta reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes
will be communicated to Users, and continued use of the subscription after
amendments signifies acceptance.
11.1 Additional Costs
Users may incur additional fees associated with certain digital products. Any third-
party charges, including but not limited to data or service fees, are the responsibility of
the User. If unauthorized charges are suspected, Users should promptly contact
customer support for assistance.
11.2 Promotions
Bonik Barta may periodically offer promotions with distinct terms, which may not be
combined with other offers. Upon the conclusion of any promotion, subscriptions will
automatically renew at the standard rate unless the User has initiated cancellation prior to the renewal date.
11.2.1 Notwithstanding
any other promotional offer, discount, coupon, campaign, or subscription benefit
provided by Bonik Barta, the One-Week Subscription Plan priced at BDT 99 shall be expressly excluded from
participation in, and eligibility for, any promotional pricing, discount, bundled offer, or special campaign
unless otherwise stated in writing by Bonik Barta.
12.1 Responsibility for Unpaid Amounts
In the event of an invalid payment method, the subscription will not be
automatically canceled. Users remain liable for any unpaid amounts.
Furthermore, any costs incurred in the collection of these unpaid amounts,
including legal fees, will also be the responsibility of the User.
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with Bonik Barta’s Privacy Policy, constitute the complete
agreement between Bonik Barta and the User regarding subscription services,
superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
13.2 Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining
provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13.3 Waiver
Bonik Barta’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be
construed as a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
13.4 Force Majeure
Bonik Barta shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under
these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but
not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or governmental
actions.
13.5 Assignment
Bonik Barta reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations under these
Terms to any third party without notice. Users may not assign their rights or
obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Bonik Barta.
