Java SMS ...

Hi,

I'm not sure if this the right forum to place my question but here it goes:

I'm developing an alert based system, where when something goes wrong, the system has to send SMS messages to the system Admin.

I really don't know which APIs and tools to use!

What exactly do i need to achieve this ? I'm totally new to this.

You need an SMS library like smsj or smstools and a provider. You can find the latter by googling for "bulk sms http". This article may also be of interest.
