Hi,
I have a question:
Is it possible to access Java application(Not applet) in Javascript? If yes, how?

This is not as specific a question as you might think. Are you just trying to get around using an Applet? If so, why?
Or do you want to call a Java application on another machine through a browser? It's of course possible, but without an Applet you have to have some kind of transport between the application and the browser, such as RMI or a socket connection.
