Can anyone provide me with a link to a tutorial or anything that explains how to create a dll out of a java class? Thanks.

I donnot know why u would like to create a dll using java.
Create a dll using C++ and call the dll using JNI.

Better still, forget all about dll's and windows and use a real platform
