Hi,

Just wondering that if we call a a4j function from a java script function, how does the browser no if this is a plain java script function or a arj function. And secondly what if the names of 2 functions collide like a a4j function has the name of a Java Script function?

Kind Regards,

The browser doesn't know. The browser doesn't care.

I'm not sure what you mean by "a4j function", though.

When you use a4j:jsFucntion, a standard JavaScript function is rendered to the page. So, it's just a plain JavaScript function.
