I want to do program for encryption and decryption of char

like when i m entered ABC that time it will be encrypted in another word format like XYZ.
and decrypt that text in original form like ABC.

please help me

If this is a hobby project then please continue, if it's not then DON'T implement your own encryption. Encryption can be very hard to implement and much expert knowledge is necessary.

In the case of hobby: You can look at ROT13 as an example.

but i want just simple program like when i am entered ABC that will print like XYZ. and vice versa...

Wouter means, what are you going to use it for?

Anyway, what have you done so far? Where are you getting stuck?
