Shell process is processing forever #541

Description

@eddi3v

Summary

It does a dotnet build then closes the application that was running but does not stop "Processing..." these processing windows stay at the bottom of the terminal window forever until you close the session and resume. If it gets to the point where these take up the full screen the application starts flashing.

Expected Behavior

The shells should stop "Processing..." when the application gets closed

Actual Behavior

As mentioned in summary

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Windows 11, wezterm, nushell
  2. Run cmdc and set your model to deepseek v4 pro max reasoning
  3. Create a dotnet 10 Avalonia/WinUI project (I can provide that project I'm working on if you like)
  4. Ask the agent to do something like add some tabs to it or something
  5. Ask the agent to run the application to test it's working, it will run the app then close it but the "Processing..." will remain on the screen forever

This doesn't happen 100% of the times, I'm not sure what the actual cause for this is.
