We need to add PDF generation for mobile library routes. This will include:

• Route name
• Organisation name
• Mobile name
• Stops in route and their times (in correct order)
• Dates

Acceptance Criteria

• API route added to get the PDF
• Open API documentation updated
• PDF tested for multiple routes
