Any researched color combination for font and background colors for reduced glare and maximum eye comfort?

Maybe red-ish font on black-ish background but which color codes?

Take your pick from here: https://tinted-theming.github.io/tinted-gallery/ Everyone's eyes are different - pick a combo that makes your eyes feel good.

Then add the base00 color for background and the base05 color code for text in the DarkReader custom color settings.

Have you tried all the built-in color themes in Dark-Reader already - none suit you?
