On MacOS, samply expects markers to have timestamps relative to the start of the profiler run, not absolute values of the monotonic clock. The markers we generate today end up being far in the future and don't show up in the profile.

Implementing this precisely will be challenging, because samply profiles don't contain an initial offset field.
