After a positive experience (whatever that means?) a patch could be
submitted to the couch profile along the lines of:

 XXX stayed on this couch from yyyy-mm-dd until yyyy-mm-dd
 and had a great time.

Or:

 YYY points out that the couch is quite short.  If you are
 a tall hacker, you may want to bring a sleeping mat.

Negative/dangerous references should be reported here, as @ppaeps
suggests.

Patches work well for all cases I can think of. They also turn into
"pull requests" on GitHub and get a discussion thread which can provide
useful insights. If it's obvious the couch is buggy, it can be as
simple as:

 % git rm _couches/buggy.md

 This couch is infested with bedbugs and is strategically
 placed under a leak in the ceiling!

The "pull request" can be easily merged and the couch is no longer
anyone's problem. When its owner finds a way to kill the bedbugs and
fixes the ceiling, a new "pull request" can be submitted to revert the
previous patch. If there's a pattern of bedbugs and leaky ceilings, it
will become quickly obvious and the "pull requests" to restore the couch
won't be so swiftly merged.
