  1. Added optimized OpenACC offloading example. 

    * Hoisted pixels array out of while loop, small overhead reduction.
* Removed unnecessary copy in of scalars, which are firstprivate by default
* Collapsed loop nest to increase parallelism. Most of the speed-up came from
  this.

I suspect that similar changes will help the OpenMP offloading version, but
will defer committing until I can test the changes.
