Thin self-injecting McCode-conda.app structure for macOS, based on conda-forge (plus older incarnation - cleanup needed)

FreeBSD

(obsolete) Port-oriented scripts for FreeBSD, assume availability of "src" preconfigured source-code on mccode.org. Better use CMake/CPack with pkg backend.
