Expected vs. Actual
When I execute my project's unittests using the the Python Test Explorer all tests that depend on packages installed in my Conda environment fail. These tests pass when I execute them from the command line. The tests also pass when I execute them in debug mode. I'm using the unittest module rather than pytest. This bug was also reported for the "Run python file" functionality in #18661.
Steps to reproduce:
- Use the unittest module to write tests
- Activate a conda environment with "Python: Select Interpreter"
- Register tests using "Python: Configure Tests"
- Run Tests
