After reviewing the glass/unified openshift screens & recent mega glass PR, the design team has decided to remove the shadows on default, secondary and clickable cards to keep shadow treatments clean/intentional; we will still apply the new subtle border. this adjustment will apply to both PF & Unified themes. The only cards that will still have shadows are the ones with glass modifier applied (glass modifier for cards was added in via #8207).
