  1. docs: record known Lua DCE defects before parking the module 

    The backend audit (2026-07-02) found that this pass, unused since 189173d,
would miscompile if re-enabled: PreserveReturned drops all top-level field
assignments, and the scope bookkeeping is shape-dependent. Documented in
the module Note so future work starts from the defect list.
