  1. feat(access-token): strip sensitive fields from JSON output 

    Introduces SafeAuthFields (omits accessToken, refreshToken, privateKey, clientApps)
and returns it by default from org login access-token. Set SF_TEMP_SHOW_SECRETS=1
to restore the previous behavior during migration.
