Georg introduced the procedure that they are in the ftp folder, along
with the files. I quite like that, since there is no need to check them
in. If you want to continue with the past tradition, feel free to copy
them into svn, though:

http://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.7.3/python-2.7.3rc1.msi.asc
etc.
