Installing requests for Python 3.13.x
The Programm py.exe was created for Windows, to find a specific Version of an installed Python interpreter.
It finds user installed Apps and should also find system-wide installed Python interpreter. This does not work with Python from MS-Store
There is also a beta Version oft py.exe available, which let you install a specific Python interpreter via command line.
py -3.13 -m pip install requestsDo not install Python via MS-Store.
