Unable to install python-wnck python-imaging on Void Linux

Greetings,

I have Void Linux 19.0 on my computer, and wanted to install Dockbarx on my system xfce 4.14.

Dockbarx require python-wnck python-imaging, unfortunatly I'm unable to find the 2 packages on void.

How can I submit the package or request it be packaged, here is my previous post on /r/voidlinux
