Did you check if there is a "C:\Users\David Thomas\Desktop\pyton\venv\Scripts\python.exe file? Do you expect there to be a file at this location? Creating a virtual environment in a desktop folder is odd. If the virtual environment was created to a different folder and moved to the desktop it stops workig.

Please describe what causes this message to appear.
