Type text is incorrect.

In both tkinter.text and entry, some words in the Myanmar Unicode text are incorrect. ? is displayed. For example, မောင်‌မောင် - မေ?င်မေ?င် is displayed.
But PyQt5 's text box is fine every things type. What's problem.
