Installation issue

I did not see another forum for installation issues. If this needs to move, feel free or let me know.

I have installed Python on my laptop and developed some scripting to retrieve Arduino data. I want to run this script from my Beelink mini with an N150 processor but I can't seem to install python on that machine. When I try, i get the following errors:

The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2503.

That is followed with a 2502 error.

I concede not much experience, but I need to figure out how to do the install or if it will not work on the mini.

This message appears, if the installer does not have the right to write to tmp. There are different places, where the installer want's to write.

First, try to install Python as User Application. This requires only the right of the current user and is after the installation for other users not available.
