NEWBIE error regarding syntax

i have started learning today. im using python 3
this is my code

from sys import argv
script, filename = argv
txt = open(filename)
print ("here is your file %r" %filename)
print txt.read()

it says invalid syntax

Just eyeballing it, you're not using parenthesis for the print function on your last line.
