A lifelong OSS contributor and consumer, Michael is a big believer that you should build for yourself, then give it away freely for others to build on top of. To pay the bills, Michael works on Kong API Gateway, Event Gateway and Service Mesh where it's his job to make sure developers are successful through great DX and documentation. Prior to switching to product management, Michael spent a decade as a software engineer working with distributed systems and infrastructure automation. This means that he can't go more than a few days without writing any code, which usually comes in the form of Github Actions
Still going strong after _13_ years! Recent additions to the CLI include an interactive TUI for managing Trello lists and cards from the terminal. Initially built as part of a hackday, Trello CLI showcases tools such as pnpm, changesets, oclif and Ink to build a CLI/TUI interface to Trello.
