What Every Project Goes Through Before It Reaches You.

Most agencies say they have a process. This page documents ours. The QA checklist, the communication standards, the handover procedure and the team behind it, written down, not just claimed.

Why We Document This

An agency trusting a white label partner is making a bet. They are betting that the work will arrive on time, to the right standard, ready to go to a client they care about. Most white label agencies ask for that trust without showing what they actually do to earn it.

We think that is the wrong approach. A checklist you can read is worth more than a quality assurance claim you cannot verify. This page exists because every process described here is something we actually run on every project, not something we wrote to sound organised.

If you are evaluating white label partners, this page should help you ask better questions of every agency you speak to. And if you choose to work with us, you will know exactly what is happening on your project between brief and delivery.

What Every Project Goes Through.
No Exceptions.

Every project passes through four phases before delivery. Each phase has a defined checklist. Nothing moves to the next phase until the current one is signed off internally.

How We Keep You Informed
Throughout Every Project.

You should never have to chase us for an update. These are the communication standards every project manager on our team follows.

Dedicated Project Manager

One point of contact per partnership. Your PM knows your account, attends your briefings and sends your updates. You are never transferred to someone who does not know the context of your project.

Your Tools, Not Ours

Slack, Asana, Jira, Basecamp, ClickUp, Notion or email. We work in whatever project management environment you already use. We do not ask you to log in to our systems or adopt our processes.

Response Within 24 Hours

All project queries receive a response within one business day. For active projects, most messages are answered the same day. If something needs longer, we tell you when to expect the answer.

Milestone Updates

You receive a written update at every agreed milestone. Not a one-line message but a proper summary of what has been completed, what is next and whether the timeline remains on track.

Your Brand on Everything

All documents, reports and communications shared with you are free of Axis Web Art branding unless you ask us to include it. Nothing we produce will expose our involvement to your client.

Escalation Path

If something is not right, there is a clear path to resolve it. You are not left raising tickets into a queue. See the escalation process below for exactly how this works.

When Something Needs to Be Fixed.
How We Handle It.

Problems on projects happen. The agencies who stay with us longest are not the ones who never had a difficult project.

1
Raise it with your project manager

Your first point of contact for any issue is your dedicated PM. Most issues are resolved at this level within one business day. Your PM owns the resolution, not just the acknowledgement.

2
Escalate to senior project lead

If the issue is not resolved or you are not satisfied with the response, it escalates to the senior project lead who has authority to reprioritise resources and commit to revised timelines.

3
Direct line to founder

For anything that requires a decision above the project level, you have direct access to Dhanpat Saran. Long-term agency relationships are not managed at arm's length. If something is seriously wrong, you speak to the person who built the company.

The Same People.
Every Project.

Every item on this page is carried out by our in-house team. We do not operate as a freelance marketplace. We do not subcontract your work to the lowest available rate. The developers, designers and QA specialists who handle your brief are employees of Axis Web Art, working under consistent standards, reviewed by the same senior team every time.

That is the only way a checklist like this is worth anything. Anyone can write one. The question is who is responsible for running it.
