Our financial technology company hired NeenOpal to help us determine the best ways to collect and view user engagement that was coming in from various marketing channels. We agreed to begin our relationship with a complete overhaul of our Google Analytics account. The team at NeenOpal sought to understand our business and KPIs in order to set up the most effective tracking methods to show us the exact data that we needed to make decisions about our marketing efforts. Additionally, they pointed us to new solutions that would further help us to understand our users and how they interact with our products. We consider their team to be extension of ours and will continue to work with them for all data related projects in the future.

They have also been tasked with rebuilding operational reporting leveraging the new data warehouse and structures which involve 25+ complex reports.
