Bank Asia PLC and CA Property Development Limited signed an agreement to provide convenient and attractive home loan facilities to prospective apartment buyers of CPDL projects. The partnership will also include joint marketing initiatives, customer engagement programmes and promotional activities, said a press release.
Bank Asia deputy managing director and Chattogram zonal head Kayesh Chowdhury and CPDL chief relationship officer GM Farhad Sarwar signed the agreement in Chattogram on June 11. CPDL president and managing director Iftekhar Hosen oversaw the signing ceremony.
Among others, Bank Asia executive vice-president and assets head — retail banking division Md Zahed Chowdhury, assistant vice-president — Chattogram Zonal Office AHM Shahidullah, CPDL chief commercial officer Md Khairuzzaman Joarder and sales head — property solution Ranjit Bhattacharjee were present.
The partnership is expected to simplify access to home financing and help fulfil the aspirations of individuals and families seeking quality housing solutions.
