create java help file ....

Hi frnds...

Hey can u plz tell me how to create a help file in java. For example when v are clicking on F1 the window is open with the help information abt that application. lly i want to create the file for my application ....
If you have bit idea abt this also plz tell me ... becoz i dont have even a bit idea abt it and i have to complete it asap .....

You can use java Help API. It is well defined API and you can create context and event driven Help using this API. javaHelp 2.0 and free sample is available in the sun site.
