Java Help File

Hi guys...
Hey can u plz tell me how to create a help file in java. For example when v clicking on F1 the window is open with the help information abt that application. lly i want to create the file for my application ....
If y have bit idea abt this also plz tell me ... becoz i dont have even a bit idea abt it and i have to complete it asap .....
