QoS Policy Group Now Available for Elastic Compute

Added support for QoS Policy Group, allowing you to apply a shared bandwidth limit across multiple IP resources — Elastic IPs, IPv6 addresses, and unmanaged egress IPs — within the same region. Supports LOOSE and STRICT rate limiting modes. See QoS Policy Group for details.

Default IP Pricing for All Compute Products Updated

Updated default IP pricing for all compute products. Default IPs are no longer free and are now billed for newly created compute services. Existing compute services with previously free default IPs are not affected.
