Hello! This Pull request adds my new application "Dumb Recorder" to the AppImageHub directory. Dumb Recorder is a small, straight-forward screen recording app for Wayland sessions and Pipewire Audio Output. Thank you for reviewing!

Hi! This PR adds my new application "Karyon" to the AppImageHub directory.
Karyon is a mouse controlled, radial KDE Plasma launcher/switcher meant to replace task bar, tray and start menu.
