- Pricing page updates (+41 lines)
- Blog post improvements and SEO updates
- Updated og-image and about page
- Added quickstart/alternatives nav links
- Removed unreferenced blog/welcome-revenue-holdings.html
Resolves stash@{1}. Union-merged with newer main entries.
- Enhanced feed.xml with full content, categories, author info
- Fixed en-dash mojibake in subtitle and entry titles
- Preserved all newer blog entries (MCP, APIGhost, Envault, etc.)
- Removed duplicate entries arising from merge

Docs page expanded (+200 lines: APIGhost, APIAuth, Envault, SchemaForge, click-to-mcp, DeadCode sections), pricing page, SEO meta tags, nav links (quickstart/alternatives), og-image. Union-merged with newer main commits.
feat: expand RSS feed — applies \stash@{1}\ (WIP on main, base 4726197). Enhanced feed.xml with full content, categories, author info. Fixed en-dash mojibake. Preserved all newer blog entries added to main.

Conflict resolution
Both valuable stashes predated recent main commits, causing content conflicts. Resolved with union semantics: combined both sides' additions, preserved newer main entries, removed the one unreferenced file (\�log/welcome-revenue-holdings.html) and deduplicated 2 RSS entries that appeared on both branches.
All 3 stashes have been dropped. CI test check is required.
