Done. Ran uv lock in commit c66a219 — the lock file was updated to fix the uvicorn constraint (corrected from >=0.46.0 to >=0.35.0 to match packages/server/pyproject.toml) and sorted dev dependency ordering. uvicorn resolves to 0.46.0 as expected.
