Reverts authzed#421. The underscore-prefix feature is implemented in authzed/spicedb#2733, which is still open and pending review changes (definition/file scoping and API rejection). Until that lands, the docs describe behavior no released SpiceDB supports, causing schema validation errors for users.

Reverts #421. The feature it documents (authzed/spicedb#2733) is unmerged, so the docs describe unsupported behavior and users hit schema validation errors. Re-add once #2733 ships.
