Summary

• v8.html.md.erb: Removes stale Go version note (1.13→1.16) and old CAPI/cf-deployment version prerequisites from the Install section; updates the release link to the full releases page. Expands the command-differences table to cover all v8.x releases through v8.18.3: cf auth token-based auth (v8.12.0), cf app ready indicator and cf push deployment-scaling behaviour (v8.16.0), cf buildpacks/cf create-buildpack/cf update-buildpack/cf delete-buildpack --lifecycle flag (v8.14.0), and v8.18.0 additions (cf cleanup-outdated-service-bindings, cf bind-service --strategy, cf service-key --json, cf map-route --destination-port, cf update-stack, cf stacks state column, multiple-binding support for cf service/cf services/cf unbind-service).
• getting-started.html.md.erb: Replaces the deprecated cflinuxfs3 stack with cflinuxfs4 in the cf push example output. Adds a --client-credentials and token-based authentication example to the cf auth scripting section (v8.12.0).
