Description
This PR adds Zenzic to the DevTool.io directory.
Zenzic is an open-source CLI tool that analyzes docs-as-code repositories for link validity, structural consistency, and documentation health scoring.
It produces a numeric score based on detected issues and is intended for CI/CD usage.
