Description
This PR upgrades github.com/go-mysql-org/go-mysql from v1.11.0 to v1.15.0, updates vendored dependencies, and applies the minimal gh-ost code changes needed to stay compatible with upstream GTID API changes (go-mysql-org/go-mysql#1125)
