What is the current behavior?
There's a lot of PRs and I don't have time and energy to focus on the maintenance of the v2. It's just long due to go away.
What is the new behavior?
There's a new branch with a rewrite and focus on improving the API, performance and the documentation of the project. Plus it should fix major design issues we continue fighting since we inherited the project.
Please let's focus on #141 for now.
I'll be accepting security PRs for v2, but I simply don't have resources to maintain the old codebase. 🤷♂️ 🙈
