This PR adds a note to the imaginary literal section of the reference documentation to explain some of the more surprising consequences.

I'm not sure this is intelligible to anyone who doesn't already know how it works. I think my wording in the bpo would have more success. At any rate, you should try out the proposed text on some muggles to see whether it helps.
