This looks awesome- I just merged the Python 3 PR that had been open, and now most everything needs a rebase. I'll definitely merge this in as soon as the button is green! |

updates the folium markers to allow for
marker_colorandmarker_iconcolors are specified as text i.e
green,red,orangeicons are specified according to bootstrap glyphicon icons as text i.e
star,home,info-sign,oktested in ipython notebook and works
