• Update the migration guides

  Simplify the current migration guides into a fewer docs that are easier to use: * Move the with and low migration guides into 3 single docs using tabs to differentiate between platform, as done in https://docs.timescale.com/self-hosted/latest/install/installation-linux/ * Move FAQ and troubleshooting to the Migrate level * Move timescaledb-backfill either to migrate level or to the git repo. * Playbooks disappears as the content is moved to the 3 migrate guides.
