Highlights

• Automatic builds, no Dockerfile required — Unkey now detects your language, package manager, and framework from a GitHub repo and builds a container image without a Dockerfile. Variables are wired in automatically and the cache is invalidated on value changes. Existing Dockerfile-configured apps are unaffected.
• Project cards — projects list now shows an avatar stack of apps in each project with a hover card linking each app and its repo, plus a "No apps yet" empty state.
• Upgraded empty state — new workspaces see a full-bleed empty state with a create-project CTA.
• Page composition primitives — PageHeader, PageShell, and SecondaryNav are now used on the General, Team, Root keys, and Billing settings pages behind the new navigation flag.
• Reworked onboarding — onboarding scrolls on short viewports, the wizard is a composable card with a skeleton state, and the create-project dialog opens from the empty-state CTA.
• Naming cleanup — living docs, CLI, and beta snippet no longer call it "Unkey Deploy".
• Reliability — registry 5xx errors during builds are now retried, missing deployments and projects render a proper 404, and root key edits bump the "last updated" timestamp.
