DHAKA, June 17, 2026 (BSS) - Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology Minister Fakir Mahbub Anam today stressed on speedy and effective implementation of various projects under the ICT Division and urged the officials concerned to discharge their duties responsibly.

Faqir Mahbub Anam, also Science and Technology Minister, made the call while addressing a review meeting on the implementation progress of projects included in the Revised Annual Development Programme (RADP) for the fiscal year 2025-26 of the Information and Communication Technology Division (ICT) as the chief guest  at the ICT Division conference room in Agargaon here, said a ministry press release. 

The meeting discussed in details the ongoing activities of the ICT Division, progress of various development projects and future action plans.

Project directors presented the progress of project implementation during the meeting.

Chaired by Acting Secretary of the ICT Division Md Mamunur Rashid Bhuiyan, the meeting was attended by senior officials of the ICT Division, representatives of the relevant organisations and project directors.
