- Today is the day! It’s #LicensedPEday! Now in its sixth year, Professional Engineers Day celebrates and raises public awareness of the contributions of licensed professional engineers.
- In 1907, Wyoming enacted the first professional engineering licensure law, designed to protect the public by ensuring that those who practice engineering are qualified to do so. Charles Bellamy became the first licensed PE in the U.S. #LicensedPEDay
